The Oil-CAT System is a revolutionary
advance in shop-based oil / fuel blending
technology. In minutes you can convert
used oil into useable diesel fuel.
Oil-Cat: Oil Change Alternative Technology WORKS
At the time of designated oil change, used engine oil
is drained from the oil sump, mixed with diesel or
JP-8 from the fuel tank, and returned to the fuel tank
of the vehicle. Used engine oil blended with diesel or
JP-8 in percentages up to 15% and up meets EPA
emission requirements, with no negative effects on
engine performance.

For each gallon of used oil blended, the cost of one gallon of diesel or JP-8 is saved. The cost of collecting,
handling, storing and transporting used oil are
eliminated.
